Can You See?

What is the purpose of light? A simple question we all know the answer. When we're in a dark place, it enables us to see.

Jesus said, "No one lights a lamp and hides it in a jar or puts it under a bed. Instead, he puts it on a stand, so that those who come in can see the light." Luke 8:16, NIV. Of course, we're going to place a light in a spot that allows others to see. It only makes sense.

Do we do the same thing with our relationship with Jesus? Are we placing it in a way for others to see Him in us? Jesus lives in us as His children, so let's be sure others can see Him!

Thanks for this reminder to let Jesus shine in our lives for all to see!

My light is shining. It may not be very bright some days, but with Christ, it's always lit.

God bless you.
